Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be prorated for the remainder of the period.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
On the Free plan, requests beyond the monthly limit will receive a 429 rate limit response. On the Pro plan, overage requests are billed at $0.001 per request. Enterprise plans have custom limits.
Do you store the content I send for sanitization?
We do not store the content of your requests. Request metadata (timestamps, risk scores, categories) is retained for analytics on Pro and Enterprise plans. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What is the detection accuracy?
Our test suite of 600+ cases achieves 77%+ detection rate on strict mode across all 18 threat categories. Detection rates vary by category, with prompt injection and PII detection exceeding 90%.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Yes. Our Enterprise plan includes an on-premise deployment option. The sanitizer runs entirely within your infrastructure with no external calls. Contact sales for architecture details.
