LLM Sanitizer provides an API-based service for detecting and mitigating threats in large language model (LLM) inputs and outputs, including prompt injection, content violations, and personally identifiable information (PII) exposure. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To use the service, you must register for an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
Your use of the API is subject to the rate limits and request quotas of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if we detect abuse, excessive usage, or behavior that threatens the stability of the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The service, including its software, algorithms, documentation, and design, is the intellectual property of LLM Sanitizer and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you process through the service. We claim no ownership over your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM Sanitizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will detect all threats, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLM Sanitizer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
